Architectural Services

Since the foundation of Wellsfield Associates we have worked hand-in-hand with the Co-operative Group, designing and project managing hundreds of stores within the Cooperative Group property portfolio in tandem with Acquisitions; Facilities; and Regional Project Managers, with whom we have established long-lasting relationships. We have also provided similar services to various other high-profile clients. Our experience has also involved the undertaking of hundreds of planning and building regulations applications for both new acquisition developments and re-fits for existing properties, dealing with both new build and historic buildings. We have provided services ranging from detailed design, structural engineering, surveying, and planning, to project and cost management.
